How it works

4. Book your 30-minute launch call and bring your list of supervisors and their managers.
5. Assign seats to up to 10 supervisors and pair each one with a manager.
6. Run the 13-week plan. Managers sign off each skill with a real, dated example.

License terms

• Use by up to 10 supervisors within one organization, plus their managers
• Print copies for licensed supervisors and their managers, and store the files on an internal drive limited to them
• If a licensed supervisor leaves, give the seat to their replacement
• The license never expires for the version you buy, and updates are free for 12 months
